Our Story and Expertise
November 26, 2007 – 2023: Dependable Roofing, Inc, was launched as a family business, after building and grew into a respected provider of residential, home-builder, and commercial roofing services.
September 8, 2023: After founding and building Dependable Roofing’s residential, home builder and commercial business, Inocencia & Mark Rodríguez, DE Group founding team, and as partners recognized an opportunity to apply their combined knowledge, skills, and industry relationships to deliver specialized construction trade services beyond waterproofing and roofing. Dependable Roofing USA Group was created as the commercial and asset management division and was later spun off into a separate entity supported by coordinated teams in the United States and Mexico.
July 10, 2024: DE Group, announced its rebranding and launched North American platform focused initiative to expand offerings.
Early Q1 2026: DE Group, added a dedicated Building-Integrated and Building-Applied Photovoltaics (BIPV/BAPV) division in partnership with leading electrical engineering & solar partners.
2026 and beyond: DE Group, is developing an integrated North American platform made up of DE Group and DEG + Partners, Inc.
